Shopping
- Ensure the correct item is selected before completing checkout. Orders cannot be amended once confirmed.
- Orders are confirmed upon payment submission.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any orders.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method if we cannot fulfill your order.
Gift Cards
- No cash refunds for unused value.
- Valid for one year from the purchase date.
- Non-transferable and non-extendable.
Return Credit Vouchers
- Non-transferable and non-extendable.
- Must be applied during checkout; no refunds for unused vouchers.
- Must be fully used in one transaction.
Discount Vouchers
- Non-transferable and non-extendable.
- Must be applied during checkout; no refunds for unused vouchers.
- Cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Not applicable for gift card purchases.
Payment
- Prices are in Singapore Dollars.
- Accepted payment methods: Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards.
- Orders cannot be canceled or changed once payment is made.
Shipping
- Ensure your delivery address is accurate.
- Orders ship within 2-3 business days after confirmation.
- Additional charges apply for re-delivery.
- International customers are responsible for customs and import taxes.
- In the event of failed deliveries, shipping may take longer than stated.
Products
- Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and device discrepancies.
- Measurements may vary 0.5 - 1 inch from what is stated due to mass manufacturing processes.
- Specks of dust found on printed fabric is not considered a defect due to the manufacturing process.
- There may inevitably be slight scratches on costume jewelry.
- Print placements and minor defects are not considered faults.
- We will not be held liable if you have purchased our merchandise through a third party.
- The above stated are non-eligible for exchanges.
Size Exchange
- Size exchange is not applicable for an exchange in design
- The customer is responsible for covering the delivery fee for exchanges due to sizing issues.
Returns
- Applicable on regular-priced merchandise only.
- Must be in brand-new condition with original tags.
- Requests must be made within 7 days (Singapore) or 21 days (International) of shipping.
- Return shipping should be traceable; TUTUZ is not responsible for lost packages.
- No cash refunds.
Incorrect or Defective Merchandise
We apologize for any oversight on our part. If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, please email us with the following conditions:
- Notify us with images of the defects.
- Items must be in brand-new condition with original tags and packaging intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- We offer exchanges for the same item or a credit voucher if the item is sold out.
If the above conditions are not met, TUTUZ reserves the right to deny your return. Shipping fees will be required for the items to be shipped back to you.
Bounced/Returned Packages
- Redelivery costs are borne by the customer unless it's our error.
- Unclaimed packages will be disposed of after 3 months.
