Shipping policy

Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail your product to TUTUZ PTE LTD, APT BLK 630 SENJA ROAD, #30-214, SINGAPORE 670630, SINGAPORE.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Bounced/Returned Packages:

All packages sent out by us will include a return address and we will contact you via email if we receive a bounced package addressed to you.

Customers will bear the full costs of redelivery unless it is an error on our part.

Unclaimed bounced packages will be disposed of after 3 months without any prior notice.
